2024-25 on-campus accommodation fees
We are delighted to announce a price freeze on campus accommodation prices for 2025 entry undergraduate applicants who make us their firm university choice by 23 July 2025!
Please log your accommodation preferences via our Online Applicants Portal. Remember - make sure you "firm" us by the deadline of 5 June 2025, and when you apply for on-campus accommodation you will only be charged at last year's prices. Last year's prices are shown below.
Please note - you must apply and accept your accommodation contract by 24 JULY 2025 at the latest, to qualify for this offer.

A £300 deposit is required when booking accommodation (terms and conditions apply). The balance is then due when you start university.
*Half board is based on 14 meals per week (breakfast and dinner).
